Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of the phase one (1) Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to search for qualified park and recreation management software vendors that have the internal controls, systems and processes related to security and availability to protect systems and data, and who are interested in being considered in the pool of pre-qualified vendors to receive any subsequent phase two (2) RFP documents (if issued). JCPRD intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a full featured Park and Recreation Management Software to provide excellent customer service both in person and online for its main business activities including, but not limited to, daily recreation program administration and registration, facility and field reservations, accrual based accounting, memberships, permits, childcare management, league scheduling and registration, point of sale, inventory management, gift cards, payment processing and reporting. JCPRD will solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide an integrated software solution to meet JCPRD’s Park and Recreation Management needs.
