Specifications include, but are not limited to: Meet with the Unified Government, when applicable the Board of Public Utilities, and economic development developer to gain an in-depth understanding of a particular project requiring financing; Work with other legal and financial consultants to develop a financing program which matches the Unified Government’s and Board of Public Utilities’ policies and the project objectives; Attend Unified Government Commission and Board of Public utilities meetings, as requested. Attend meetings with Unified Government and BPU staff, the property owners/developers, bond counsel, municipal advisor and others, as appropriate; Work with the finance team on information relating to the structuring and marketing of the obligations. Prepare preliminary detailed debt service schedules incorporating assumptions on sources and uses of funds, interest rates, coverage, capitalized interest, and funded reserves.
