Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, licenses, supervision, insurance and any other needed resources for development and implementation of a comprehensive IPM Program to implement a method(s) of pest control measures and the type of control measures to be used. Control practices in an IPM program are not based on the routine application of pesticides, but on monitoring and inspecting for pests, modifying structures, improving sanitation, and changing personnel practices that can contribute to pest problems. The Contractor shall provide evidence, in the proposal, of an understanding of the principles and practices governing sanitation in food service areas, in addition to other areas of the Hospital buildings, and the impact of pests and pest management methods on the on-going operation of a health care facility
