Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intended scope of work is to replace numerous, diverse criminal justice software applications within the KHP, providing a single, consolidated package. The vendor will be responsible for planning, installation, training, and final implementation of the new solution, including the conversion and import of existing data. These existing systems rely upon outside entities, SOK agencies, and data sharing with other law enforcement agencies. It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that their solution will correctly interface with these entities in their existing state. The system must be capable of integration into the KBI, KDOT, Federal traffic systems, State document sharing platform, and others. The KHP provides a hosted solution allowing access to a RMS platform for small state agencies. Existing solutions include, but are not limited to, Harris computer aided dispatch, Harris records management system, KHP KLER forms management, and DigiTicket e-citation.
