Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Kick-off Session/Detail Level Plan Finalization No later than five (5) business days after the resulting Statement of Work (SOW) related to this RFP is executed, vendor shall contact the State Project Manager to schedule an initial on-site kick-off session that shall occur within fifteen (15) days of SOW execution. At the kick-off session, the vendor’s project team shall meet the State's project team to receive a high-level project summary. After the kick-off session has been completed, the vendor Project Manager will finalize the detail level WBS and submit to State Project Manager for approval. • Project Status Updates / Meetings Vendor shall prepare and submit weekly Project Status Reports. The Status Reports must be in the format approved by the State Project Manager. The Status Reports will report status of current and upcoming tasks, staffing changes or planned vacations, deliverable status, change request status, action items, issues, risks, and associated mitigation strategies in support of the Issues and Risk Management Plans. The Status Reports must be submitted to the State Project Manager by 5pm CST each Friday. Vendor will be required to attend weekly project status meetings to report status, review upcoming tasks, and address any questions posed by the state project team. • Project Management Plan Within (10) business days from the Project Kick-Off Session, vendor shall develop the project management plan, which includes issue, risk, change, communication, and quality management. The project management plan must be submitted to the state’s project manager for review and approval.
