Specifications include, but are not limited to: a)Asphalt Restoration: 1)Street Patch Repair: The Contractor will remove six-inches (6") of temporary fill (typically less than 125 psi Flow-able fill concrete) from various size street patches and back-cut all sides one-foot (12"). Placement of BM-2 or equivalent asphalt material shall be a minimum of three (3) lifts, to a minimum depth of six-inches (6") after compaction. 2)Full Depth Repair shall consist of removal of the existing asphalt to a minimum depth of eight-inches (8"). Placement of BM-2B or equivalent asphalt material shall be a minimum of two (2) lifts to the minimum depth of six-inches (6") and a final 2” surface course using BM-2 or equivalent. 3)Mill and Patch shall consist of the removal of a minimum of two-inches (2") of pavement, apply tack oil and replace with new asphalt material. b)Concrete Restoration: 1)Street Repairs: The Contractor will remove 6" of temporary fill (typically less than 125 psi flow-able fill concrete) from various size street patches and back-cut all sides 12". Installation 4000 psi fiber reinforced concrete to a minimum depth of 6". Extra depth may be required based on existing pavement (See Std. Detail 29-4B).
