Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establish, maintain and update a thorough and detailed database of all STR activity in the county, accessible to Planning Staff and other UG Employees. •Fully Identify Properties within Wyandotte County that are advertised for short-term rental on any applicable short-term rental website or platform. •Create and maintain a comprehensive database of all short-term rental operations in Wyandotte County based on information from all applicable websites, apps, and platforms. This database should include detailed information on each property including, but not limited to: address, parcel number or GIS information, owner, owner contact information, host information, property type, number of rooms, number of bedrooms/beds, occupancy rate, rental frequency, rental rates, minimum/maximum length of stay, available guest information, reviews and social media posts, etc. •This database should be accessible to Planning Staff Members and other UG employees via a web-based portal for real-time searches and reports.
