Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Plumbing Repair: A. Remove all galvanized and PVC waterlines and replace with PEX Line. Example: Connect to Shower, toilet, kitchen/bath sinks, Hot water heater and exterior water spigots. B. Remove existing bath tub, tub faucet. Install new ADA compliant shower with low rise lip and wall panels to include shower seat. (Include all plumbing as needed). Include 1 grab bar in shower, 1 grab bar outside of shower (check with homeowner for location) and include shower curtain rod fixed to wall. Repair the shower drain in the crawlspace.C. Replace toilet with an ADA height compliant 19” toilet. D. Re-route Sump Pump discharge pipe from out of the underside of the porch to discharge in direction allowed by City Code.E. Inspect and repair/replace sanitary drainage line as neededF. Install a water main shut off ball valve in the interior of the house/ Check with homeowner for best location. 2. Electrical: A. Correct GFCI’s wiring issues in Bedroom 1 & 2, label appropriately. B. Re-assemble and install ceiling fan in Bedroom 2 C. Correct electrical issue in Bedroom 2 where “On” switch shuts off power in Bedroom 1 D. Install GFC beaker in Breaker Panel for sump pump 3. Carpentry: A. Interior bathroom floor: Remove and replace flooring with non-slip flooring. Repair sub floor as needed.B. Interior bathroom:Install 2” x 4” lumber under bathroom sink to increase height. Face bottom with 1” x 4” paint grade wood. (Paint to match base cabinet).
