Provide consultation to the facility Laundry Manager on the type and titration of chemicals that will result in the cleanest, brightest laundered products. Provide training, including educational materials to the facility laundry staff, to ensure safe and proper use of the products in obtaining satisfactory results. Provide monthly titration tests on the laundry solutions and submit a written report. Written reports shall be left with the Laundry Manager at the conclusion of the monthly routine preventive maintenance call. Submit test samples on a quarterly basis to a certified testing lab or to the National Association of Institutional Laundry Managers. Results shall be furnished to the facility's Laundry Manager upon completion of each test. Test samples furnished for analysis must test in the excellent to good range on both tensile strength and whiteness retention. Provide routine monthly preventive maintenance on location of the laundry equipment, the dispensing system and the ozone generator (if existing), by a trained service representative. Written reports shall be left with the Laundry Manager at the conclusion of the monthly routine preventive maintenance call.
