Specifications include, but are not limited to: KCATA intends to award one (1) contract to a firm that can provide General Paint Supplies. General Paint Supplies may be required on a constant, continuous basis, during the contract term. 1. A sampling is provided in Attachment C of previously used items and may not be all-inclusive of item to be requested. Any requested items not on the list will be given the same discount of off list price as provided in this IFB. 2. The KCATA shall not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the contract’s products/services that may be required under the contract. The contractor shall provide products/services on an as needed, if needed basis. The KCATA shall not guarantee any usage of the contract whatsoever. 3. The vendor will provide a percentage off list price for the IFB. The vendor shall provide pricing, along with a copy of the current published price list to the KCATA. As price lists change, copies of the new lists shall be provided to the KCATA. 4. All stock orders will be delivered FOB (Free on Board) apart from items requiring special order. No additional delivery fees will be charged unless previously agreed to by the KCATA, otherwise they will need to be placed with the supplier's next stock order to avoid additional freight charges. Every order, stock or special, will include an accurate ETA to the KCATA. All deliveries will be made to the KCATA receiving department within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of order. 5. All parts bid must be the provided as requested, unless otherwise identified and pre-approved for substitution. Approved equals must comply with the original requested item requirements for specifications and will not compromise any warranties. 6. Contractor shall comply with all applicable and current rules, regulations and ordinances as set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR), the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), the Federal Transportation Authority (FTA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), and the City of Kansas City. The Contractor shall, without additional expense to KCATA, be responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits, and for complying with all Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the performance of the work, providing the deliverables specified and delivery to the off-load location.
