Specifications include, but are not limited to: A software vendor to replace our current Applicant Tracking system with a reliable, robust, and user friendly system with capabilities of handling the complexities of certified, classified, and administrative hiring, including: 3 union contracts, 12 work calendars, 7 salary schedules, as well as temporary, substitute, and contingent workforce hiring. The system must be user friendly for applicants, hiring managers, and HR personnel. The system must be configurable so that changes can be made by qualified and trained HR personnel, without the need for IT customization. However, the system must be able to be customized by IT personnel if such customization is required by business necessity or law.
