The requested work requires using methods of specific landscape and forestry clearing equipment and handheld equipment to clear project sites of all invasive seedlings, sapling, and mature shrubs to ground level. b. Each site will require different modes of action and equipment. JCPRD holds authority to authorize what equipment or means of use permitted at each project and within specific project locations. c.
