Specifications include, but are not limited to: Designer to evaluate entire building to determine where the water is coming from and to develop alternatives for construction of repairs.•The repairs may be phased, with waterproofing the foundation wall adjacent to the switchgear equipment as the highest priority.•It is possible the designer will need to hire a contractor to disconnect existing switchgear equipment to assess the foundation wall adjacent to switchgear equipment.•Construction alternatives to be assessed may include but are not limited to the following: hydraulic cement patching, installation of drainage board between wall and switch gear equipment, exterior excavation and sealing of pavement joints, relocation of the switchgear, and rerouting of downspouts.
