Specifications include, but are not limited to: he contractor shall fully diagnose and analyze any problems with the two 60 HP, 10,000 GPM MWI Corporation submersible pumps and associated electrical controls. The diagnoses will include, but not limited to, full physical inspection of the pumps by pulling them out (if needed), conducting other tests like Megger test on the pump power cables to check for any moisture in the cords/pump motor, Ohm test the motor winding. Check the sensor leads for the motor thermal contact, check the sensor leads for the bearing thermal contact, test the VFDs and soft starts and other needed tests to make sure pumps are fully operational after repair. The contractor will also verify the previous diagnoses of a bad wire or a bad moisture sensor lead. The results of this diagnosis will be submitted to the DNR in a written report.
