Specifications include, but are not limited to: Videographers will have the capacity to create, edit and produce both still images and video which align to the TAA program and the Iowa Workforce Brand images. 4.1.1.2 The selected vendors will: Produce high-quality content that aligns with IWD’s visuals, voice and overall brand. 4.1.1.3 Videography services must be able to film portions of events, including capturing footage on-site. Subjects may include speeches, presenters or testimonial. Service must be able to edit and deliver both SD and HD footage in digital format. 4.1.1.4 Understand the importance of being unobtrusive and professional at all times while on assignment. 4.1.1.5 Collaborate directly with IWD staff to determine the needs of each individual event in a fast paced environment that often require last-minute changes. ; “Welcome Video”: will give a brief description of the TAA Program, the history and the benefits offered. The use of a professional narrator or actor combined with facts about the TAA program will be displayed throughout. Testimonials will also be included. 4.2.2 “Career and Case Management Service”: Video will explain the eight elements of case management services offered through the local American Job Centers or Iowa Works locations.
