Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assist DART’s Human Resources Staff in refining the job description for the position • Identify key characteristics to govern the search • Consult with DART Leadership and/or DART Chief Executive Officer to identify key characteristics to govern the search • Develop a search strategy that is responsive to DART’s needs • Take all necessary steps to identify and attract the most qualified field of prospective candidates for the position, based on the approved search specifications and strategy • Perform reference checks from public domain, third-party sources and interviews as needed to screen and evaluate a field of prospective candidates to narrow it to a limited number of the most qualified individuals • Assist DART by furnishing a slate of individuals to be interviewed, scheduling and facilitating the interview process leading to the selection of the candidate best-suited to the position.
