Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Community Service Finding locations for meaningful community service work. Scheduling site locations and clients to perform the community service work. Providing on-site supervision of youth completing community service work, including verifying that youth complete assigned work, and that work is completed at a high quality level. Ensuring availability of all equipment necessary to fulfill scheduled community service work. ; Transporting any necessary equipment to and from work sites as required. Engaging youth, either in person or by phone to schedule community service work, and encourage youth to follow through with completing assigned community service hours. Engaging youth in positive community activities and organizations, including teaching youth the importance of victim empathy and reparative justice efforts. ; Delinquency Impact Classes A three (3) to four (4) session series modeled on evidence based programming, highlighting the harm to communities from various anti-social activities including crimes against people, property crimes, illegal drugs and alcohol use and “nuisance” activities such as disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
