Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this work is to revise past data toolkits used to support the Iowa Safe and Supportive Schools work to reflect the current Conditions for Learning Survey (CfL) in Iowa’s Every Student Succeeds Act plan. There are three deliverables in this work, to be completed by March 2020: Revise all five (5) past data toolkits (see Attachment 5 - Links to Data Toolkits) to reflect the current CfL constructs: Physical Safety, Emotional Safety, Expectations/Boundaries, Adult-Student Relationships and Student-Student Relationships. Development of the new revised toolkits must follow the steps indicated in Exhibit 3: C4K Development Steps. Develop and implement training for at least one construct (Toolkit), listed above, at a June Institute (June 12-14) for Building Leadership Teams (BLT). BLT’s will be from schools designated in need of either Targeted or Comprehensive Support and Improvement. For more information about ESSA and designations, please see Attachment 5 - LINKS. Develop, complete with fidelity checklists, and implement training for Iowa’s statewide trainers and support personnel.
