Specifications include, but are not limited to: A) Managed services Monthly engagement of expert consultant to assess current workflow, recommend tweaks to enhance Jira Core use and instruct staff on best practices Assist with the roll out of Jira Service Desk (already configured) Integrate Confluence for document management Provide technical support for Jira applications by phone, as needed B) Portfolio management/process improvement consulting i. Analyze how to manage Marcom services from a portfolio level, including scenario planning for resource management ii. Document portfolio management requirements (e.g., time tracking, calendar view, ability to monitor and adjustresourceavailability) iii. Configure and support implementation of a portfolio management tool.
