Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Consultant shall use a combination of data provided through the consolidated plan reporting system, existing data sources, and local information that may need to be gathered, including but not limited to one-on-one interviews with primary sources (key social service providers, developers/builders,Realtors,City staff),housing vacancies,waitlists ,MLSdata,Census data,assessor’s data, building permit data and other appropriate measures.
