Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a series of social and traditional multi-media messages designed to increase public awareness regarding identification of Household Hazardous Materials, and locations available for recycling/disposal. Determine HHM messages and placement that will have the greatest impact on encouraging proper identification and identifying recycling/disposal locations for household hazardous materials. Using the October 2018 Household Hazardous Materials and Battery Recycling survey, (attached), provide recommendations for media placements to effectively reach the targeted audience of 18-44 yr. old residents Procure social media placements for the Department. Provide a final report summarizing the above actions and outcomes, recommended future placements, challenges and opportunities will be due November 1, 2020, and before final payment is made.
