Specifications include, but are not limited to: Strong communication and collaboration with DHS and JCS. A description of the screening and training process for mentors/volunteers. An implementation timeline for the training of volunteers/mentors and the mentoring program commencement. A description of the process for matching the appropriate mentor to youth. A description of ongoing support to volunteers/mentors. A description of any curriculum used in the implementation of the program. A list of program inputs, outputs and the outcomes to be measured each quarter and at year-end. ; Bidders must demonstrate their ability to meet the following performance measures: 60% of mentors will be retained throughout the fiscal year. 80% of youth participants will identify that the relationship with their mentor is important to them. 75% of youth participating will be currently or previously involved with DHS or JCS 75% of youth not involved with DHS or JCS will remain uninvolved with those systems while enrolled in the program. 80% of youth who are currently or previously involved with DHS or JCS will remain in their home while enrolled in the program.
