Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A Drone to be used for personnel recovery with the following capabilities at a minimum: a. Fly in light rain, night time, and cold weather environments. b. Dual purpose camera with normal and thermal imagery, dual gimbal, and 4K resolution. c. Controller with built in screen. d. Up to 6 spare batteries with charging station(s). e. Spare propellers. f. Provide information on maintenance procedures, contacts in the event of required maintenance/damage issues to drone. 2. Provide on-site training at the STS in Eldora, Iowa, for up to 12 staff members on flight operations, planning, maintenance, troubleshooting procedures and the Part 107 certificate test. 3. Provide operating documents, manuals and assistance in UAS policy/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for a sustainable UAS program specific to the State Training School. 4. Provide assistance with developing and completing the Federal Aviation Administrations (FAA) Certificate of Authorization (COA) to ensure compliance.
