Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified persons or companies (Contractors) to provide a time clock system. The system must be able to integrate via API with Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management functions, ISU is in the process of implementing Workday as our new ERP system. ISU would like to have a contract in place and implementation to begin on or before November 15, 2017. The clocks will need to meet the following requirements: • Be able to integrate via API with Workday Financial Management functions and Human Capital Management functions. • Provide a delivered solution utilizing APIs to send employee demographic and basic job information to the time clocks • Provide a delivered solution utilizing APIs to send key Workday values for worktags to be used for time entry at the clocks
