Specifications include, but are not limited to: The first scope of work will be expanding audio-visual systems in the Multicultural Family Center. The vendor will be responsible for the overall system design including all components, hardware, cables, terminations, connectors and any other parts needed to make this a complete and functional system, including testing any equipment that the vendor is recommending be left in place. The vendor will also be responsible for all programing to control the audio-visual solution. Upon completion and acceptance of the system, the City of Dubuque will become the owners of any and all software source codes, touch panel design software and any other items that are relevant to this upgrade. As-built drawings are required upon completion of the project. The second scope of work will be installing a security camera system in the Multicultural Family Center. Cameras are to be installed with the capability of allowing approved users to be able to view in real time as well as record and store video via connection to the City’s existing Milestone camera software system. Cameras should allow for clear visualization of all persons in all building hallways, common areas, and some offices. Cameras should provide a clear visualization of all persons at all designated main points of entry into buildings as well as identify vehicle characteristics in designated parking areas. The third scope of work will be from qualified vendors to expand and upgrade the existing wired & wireless network and related network infrastructure to support additional access points.
