Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Serve as principle liaison between state partners and local community partners. • Connect local community partners with research based best practices/evidence base practices and programming • Participate on a regular basis in local community workgroups/oversight bodies. • Assist agency staff and local community partners with grant related budgeting. • Provide outreach to local stakeholders to connect community services to program activities. • Participate in meetings and study education materials to learn about the resources and needs of each community • Interact with primary care providers, behavioral health providers, other social service providers, public safety officers, and County Attorneys or their staff across the state to make needed connections for services and provide a conduit for information sharing. • Provide presentations to share information on operations and outcomes to stakeholders and the public in order to share experiences. • Work with the evaluator to identify service gaps and track program performance. • Facilitate local and state progress reporting
