Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is for operations, maintenance, enhancements, and modifications as required and approved by the State for the INWIC system, its interfaces, and its associated Mobile App. The Contractor shall ensure INWIC’s continued operational integrity through updates, patches and repairs, defect resolution, software upgrades, and technical support during the term of the contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide any design, development, and implementation activities needed for enhancements, as approved by the State. Since INWIC is hosted by the Indiana Office of Technology (IOT), the Contractor must coordinate with IOT in the provision of shared and primary responsibilities. The Contractor must also coordinate with the EBT contractor to ensure that INWIC and the EBT system interface correctly and to make such modifications as may be necessary to accomplish a seamless interface.
