A structural test, metallurgy test, asbestos test, scour inspection and complete engineering assessment and analysis needs to be performed. Design will be based on the inspection and testing of the bridge. After inspection, the substructure caisson foundations and end bents need to be repaired. Scour countermeasures are expected on both slopes and caissons. Bridge deck and railing reconstruction is needed.
