Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) with employee engagement campaign development and campaign implementation consultation regarding the new Healthy Opportunities initiative. This campaign effort will target all state employees and consumer-facing contractors, as appropriate. Consumer-facing contractors may include but are not limited to call center representatives and contracted staff supporting state of Indiana operations in county or local offices. The Contractor shall be prepared to begin work in quarter four of calendar year (CY) 2018 in order to assist FSSA’s Office of the Social Determinants of Health. The agency envisions a two-year campaign that will meet key goals by the end of 2020. The Contractor’s work will coincide with the State’s development of a Healthy Opportunities strategic plan and global communications plan.
