Specifications include, but are not limited to: IPTC is seeking a shredding company to dispose of confidential documents. IPTC estimates that it will need at least eight (8) locked security consoles to remain on-site for the collection and storage of confidential paper materials. These boxes will be allocated between two locations IPTC locations Headquarters 1501 W Washington St. and Julia M Carson Transit Center 201 E Washington St. IPTC anticipates a new facility (current location unknown) which estimates two additional boxes and should be included in all responses. The documents should be picked up by the successful candidate on a biweekly basis, or other agreed upon interval, properly according to the standards of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). IPTC will require a certificate of destruction sent with each invoice certifying the materials were destroyed, recycled and that reasonable precautions were taken to prevent any unauthorized third party from gaining access to the confidential paper materials.
