Contractor agrees to furnish personnel, equipment, and services necessary for the provision of moving/relocation services for the West and East Slopes of El Dorado County on an “as requested” basis for the Department of General Services. Services shall include, but not be limited to, disassembling and reassembling of modular systems furniture workstations, standard office furniture and equipment, and protective wrapping and packing of furniture and equipment. B. Contractor will attend scheduled meetings with designated staff to coordinate moving services. C. Contractor will provide call back assistance on an “as needed” basis. D. Electrification of the systems furniture panels is the Contractor’s responsibility. Electrification from the panels to the wall is the County’s responsibility.
