The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide an Engineering Assessment Report, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permits (if needed), Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking) if needed, Right of Way Acquisition Services (including Project Management for Acquisition Services, Appraising, Review Appraising and Negotiation) if needed, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Subsurface Utility Engineering.
