Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.Create a Classification plan for approximately 26 classifications representing approximately 47 full-time and 2 part-time FWHA employees.4.2.Develop a classification structure that reflects FWHA's overall classification and compensation strategy and includes the clear definition of terms and thedevelopment of possible career ladders for full time and part-time unit FWHAemployees.4.3.Confirm comparable positions in other Indiana local government, not-for-profit and private sector organizations and present benchmark findings.4.4.Conduct FLSA exempt/non-exempt review and analysis of all full-time positions 4.5.Conduct Interview and briefing sessions with a sample of all employees.4.6.Conduct orientation and briefing sessions with all department heads,managers and supervisors.4.7.Develop a comprehensive questionnaire to be completed by all employees.
