Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Evaluate the condition of the existing water treatment facilities 2. Analyze raw water quality and evaluate current and potential future regulatory requirements, including for contaminants of emerging concern (“CECs”) 3. Evaluate treatment plant hydraulic design options for accommodating future additional treatment processes for CEC’s. 4. Evaluate existing chemical storage and feed, instrumentation and control, electrical, security and other systems and identify necessary upgrades to enhance efficiency and reliability 5. Develop preliminary design concepts with estimated construction and operating costs. Present design alternatives for current expansion at the site.
