Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition of existing structure, including foundations, garages, outbuildings (unless specifically excluded) dead trees, and removal and disposal of all debris shall be done in compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws as well as Building Code of the City of Hammond, all basement floor areas shall be removed, all sewers shall be plugged at the first hub inside the property line, and all water lines shall be tied off and capped on the property side of the buffalo box. Said removal of buildings, equipment and material shall be cleared off within (5) days from the date of the issuance of the demolition permit. Filling in of the property shall be done by filling in the excavation with clean sand only and topping the excavation with four (4) inches of black soil and seeding the same with a suitable grass seed or sod.
