Specifications include, but are not limited to: JJC intends to purchase a virtualization solution that can contain our existing Converged Cisco UCS Hyper-V environment while reducing or eliminating storage hardware and network management requirements utilizing as many Microsoft native tools as possible. The solution should leverage as many currently deployed solutions as possible to address Azure Cloud connectivity, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity. The end goal of the replacement is the decommissioning of as much existing Compute, SAN, and Network hardware as possible while minimizing user-impacted downtime of the Guest OS and applications. The Scope of Work involves: Supplying and installing hardware Information gathering and scoping the engagement to create an implementation plan Identifying the relationship and configuration of existing hardware to be replaced by the bidder’s solution Onsite implementation (single location in JJC Main Campus) and knowledge transfer based on the implementation plan generated in the information gathering engagement Migration process testing to address minimum 10% of existing system, one guest per configured VLAN is preferred.
