Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Contractor shall have an established office within any of the six (6) counties of Northeastern Illinois (Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake McHenry or Will County) to conduct recruiting efforts. 2.Pace will provide the Contractor with a job description, salary and benefits, and all other necessary information regarding a vacant or new position that Pace wishes to fill. This information shall be used by the Contractor to solicit and closely match qualified candidates with the requirements of each vacant position.3.Contractor shall work closely with Pace staff to understand the minimum qualifications for each position Pace needs to fill and present Pace with as many viable candidates as possible. 4.Contractor shall be responsible for identifying, screening and presenting Pace with qualified available candidates for each position requested within two weeks of Pace’s request The contractor will notify Pace if they are unable to meet this deadline, and discuss a strategy for recruitment of such position, and determine a mutually agreed upon timeline for presenting candidates. 5.Contractor shall be responsible for presenting Pace with resumes and verified references for all such candidates.
