HFS is seeking to contract with a qualified, experienced and financially sound Vendor beginning June 1, 2020. The selected Vendor shall: (1) implement and administer a Random Moment Time Study (RMTS); (2) use the RMTS results to prepare and submit Medicaid Administrative Claims to HFS on behalf of all participating LEAs, and calculate statewide statistics for use in LEAs’ direct services cost calculation; (3) facilitate the execution of necessary Interagency Agreements between HFS and enrolled LEAs; (4) provide support for the completion and submission of the web-based direct services cost calculation forms; (5) provide training and technical assistance to support the Direct Service claims filed by LEAs using the MEDI system; (6) provide training and technical assistance to support the Administrative Claiming process; and (7) perform other administrative functions related to the HFS SBHS Program as directed by HFS.
