Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Program shall operate five (5) days per week or as needed (Monday-Friday) and for three and one half to four (3.5-4) hours per day depending on the CPS school’s schedule. 2. Programming shall be provided at the Sites and will serve at a minimum fifteen (15) students per Site, as well as, providing donated meals to the students each afternoon at each Site. Respondent will provide programming for students which will include, but not limited to, the following: a) A workshop that will explore strategies for resolving conflicts, identifying and controlling anger and triggers; b) Practical exercises that encompass role-playing and open dialogue and alternative measures in order to minimize the adverse action of unaddressed anger; and c) Educational support. 3. Respondent shall integrate mandated curriculum into the Program that addresses positive communication and character development as well as anti-bullying and positive conflict resolution.
