Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain comprehensive and cumulative listings of all of the Board’s related service providers, students, and the health services rendered by the Board and non-public staff to Board students thirty (30) days after signed contract and on or before the first day of each month thereafter for the term of the Contract. The student roster shall identify all Medicaid, CHIP and non-Medicaid eligible students with disabilities, with Individualized Educational Program (IEP) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act Plans (504 Plans) and without IEP/504. The Board’s providers delivering end-services to students document said services through service records that are maintained in the Board’s Special Education system of record, Specialized Services Management (SSM). The Board will send service records electronically to the selected Proposer on a monthly basis through the electronic system and method determined by the Board and the selected Proposer will submit said service records to Medicaid for reimbursement no later than the last day of the following two weeks.
