Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide monthly repair and maintenance services on all facility owned laundry equipment at the Menard Correctional Center and Medium Security Unit. Vendor shall inspect, perform preventative/periodic maintenance once per month per manufacturer’s specifications on all laundry equipment – includes all equipment currently installed and equipment to be installed. Preventative maintenance shall include, but not be limited to the following: lubricate bearings, lubricate linkage, adjust belts, change belts when necessary, adjust controls as needed, inspect and clean all exhaust vents, inspect and clean all hoods, inspect and clean all ducts, remove all lint and debris, and perform diagnostics for all equipment. Vendor shall use genuine original equipment manufacturer parts or an approved substitute part approved by the Chief Engineer. All repairs must be per manufacturer’s specifications.
