Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must provide software support under the Kofax Software Assurance Program. Vendor must be able to provide support for all Kofax products. Vendor must provide upgrades and technical telephone support Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Vendor must have Kofax trained technicians on staff, resumes must be included. Vendor must be an authorized Kofax reseller and provide proof of that status with their bid. The Secretary of State’s Office reserves the right to add additional software licenses or remove licenses under the same terms and conditions. The overall maintenance cost will adjust with changes to license quantities. All software licensing must be software based and not hardware (dongle) based.
