Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. JUDGES CHAMBERS (Floors 15, 16, 17, 19, 20) 1. DAILY Restrooms: Scour, wash and disinfect all basins, including faucets, bowls, shower stalls and urinals with approved germicidal detergent solution. Special care must be taken to inspect and clean areas of difficult access, such as the underside of the lip/rim of toilet bowls and urinals, to prevent buildup of calcium and iron oxide deposits. Wash both sides of all toilet seats with approved germicidal solution and wipe dry. Toilet seats are to be left in an upright position. Sweep and wet mop ceramic tile floors with germicidal detergent solution. Remove all wastepaper and refuse, including sanitary napkins and thoroughly clean receptacles, installing new liners and placing spare liners at bottom of receptacle. Fill toilet tissue holders and soap dispensers as needed. All supplies shall be furnished by the Contractor. Polish mirrors and shower doors. Offices/private quarters: Dust, wipe clean and remove smudges and marks, if necessary, from all furniture, doors, walls, lamps, file cabinets, bookshelves, window ledges and telephones using treated cloth. Empty all waste receptacles and install new liners, placing spare liners at bottom of receptacle. 2. WEEKLY Restrooms: Scour, wash and disinfect ceramic tile walls, including shower stalls, with approved germicidal detergent solution. Offices/private quarters: Perform high dusting of pictures or other similar wall hangings. All floors will be vacuumed using a high quality vacuum, moving all light furniture such as chairs and stands. All furniture will be replaced in its original position. Vacuum under all tables and large furniture where possible. 3. QUARTERLY Dust all mini-blinds. B. COURTROOMS/ANTE-CHAMBER (Floors 14, 16 & 18) 1. DAILY Dry dust the bench, podium, seating and railings. Dust, wipe clean and remove smudges and marks from doors and window ledges. Any product used for cleaning wood shall be approved by the Building Manager prior to use. Empty all waste receptacles and replace liners. All floors will be vacuumed using a high quality vacuum, moving all light furniture such as chairs. All furniture will be replaced in its original position. Vacuum under all tables and large furniture where possible. 2. WEEKLY Perform high dusting of pictures, wall hangings, ante-chamber alcoves and window frames.
