Cost reduction - reduce the total cost for IFM 2. Quality delivery - maintain a high standard of service and quality while reducing total cost for IFM through continuous improvement 3. Single point of contact - ensure the consistency and timely delivery of services to include a single point of contact for each of the schools 4. Eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs - through effective management of workload and delivery 5. Standardization - establish common standards for IFM service delivery across the district 6. Continuous improvement - implement industry best practices and technology enhancements, where applicable 7. Cultural fit - Corporate social responsibility agenda is aligned to CPS’ vision
