Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing all services, supervision, labor and equipment necessary to provide the County with Phase 1 and Phase 2 Engineering Services for Hunter Road over Little Beaver Creek (056-3034) Bridge Rehabilitation/ Replacement project in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations (both current and as amended). A. Perform necessary survey work B. Perform drainage, floodplain, hydraulic, and wetland studies C. Evaluate for accelerated bridge construction D. Prepare all necessary reports, including: a. Bridge Condition Report b. Hydraulic Report c. Preliminary Bridge Design and Hydraulic Report d. Location Drainage Study E. Summarize alternatives and recommendations and complete a Project Development Report F. Perform necessary environmental coordination to secure Design Approval G. Prepare and submit all necessary permits (IDNR-OWR, etc.) H. Prepare and submit Right of Way and Easement plats and legals I. Provide coordination for public involvement J. Provide coordination with public, utilities, local agencies, and IDOT K. Complete the necessary Phase II plans, specifications, and estimates as required based upon the approved Phase I design
