Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work consists of demolition of two (2) existing two (2) story masonry buildings totaling approximately 24,700 square feet. Demolition, removal and proper disposal of the 50 S. Prairie Street building, building foundations, slabs, stoops, interior above and below grade, plumbing, electrical and HVAC appurtenances, coordination with Contractors and removal of existing site elements. In addition, the stabilization of the existing party wall and exterior paint finish on the exposed party wall shall be provided to the 156 E. Main building. The exposed exterior masonry wall of the 64 S. Prairie Street building requires no stabilization and shall receive an exterior paint finish.
