Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2.1 It is the intent of these specifications to establish and define the general and emergency services which are to be performed, and in addition, to determine the capability and experience of vendors that desire to provide such services. 1.2.2 The Vendor shall service, repair, and provide parts and supplies for the Department for the maintenance of District 1 building facility Plumbing systems owned by the Department. A. Maintenance shall include but not limited to all maintenance, repair, replacement, and adjustment of equipment in response to conditions discovered during routine inspection by the Department, equipment breakdown, improper operations or occupant complaint. B. Repair work shall be scheduled for completion depending on priority, availability of parts, workload, and convenience of the Department. C. Repair maintenance involving safety considerations or possible damage shall be responded to immediately. D. Vendor shall respond to Department services calls within four (4) hours of receipt of call or email by the Department. The Vendor shall resolve all service calls within forty-eight (48) hours of services or an approved time by the Department.
