Specifications include, but are not limited to: Data collected in the previous assessment will be available for the Proposer to access and edit. The Proposer is required to validate the data collected from the previous assessment while capturing and assessing any missing, new or remodeled portions of the following elements, separated into the following main categories: ● Exterior – The entire exterior envelope of each building, including but not limited to the exterior walls, roof, windows, entrances/exits, stairs, and all of their associated elements such as parapets, lintels, etc. The Exterior category also includes the structure of the building, including the foundation and superstructure. ● Mechanical – The entire heating and cooling system of each building, including but not limited to the boilers, chiller, air handling units, unit ventilators, rooftop units, and all of their associated elements such as feed water systems, condensate systems, piping, controls, etc. ● Electrical – The entire electrical system of each building, including but not limited to the main service, distribution panels, emergency systems, generators, lighting panels, and all of their associated elements such as automatic transfer switches, UPS (uninterruptible power supply), emergency lighting, exit signage, etc. ● Plumbing – The entire plumbing system of each building, including but not limited to supply piping, booster pumps, hot water heaters, domestic and sanitary piping, and all of their associated elements and fixtures such as storage tanks, lavatories, water closets, etc. ● Fire Protection – The entire fire protection system, both detection and suppression, including but not limited to fire alarm panels, fire pumps, and all of their associated elements such as strobe lights, control panels, sprinkler heads, etc. ● Interior – The entire interior of each building, including but not limited to the condition of walls, floors, and ceilings in all interior spaces such as classrooms, offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal areas, as well as interior stairs, doors, service spaces, and all of their associated elements such as casework, chalkboards, lighting, etc. This is the most detailed section of the assessment and will consist of multiple data points per classroom space. ● Site – All of the exterior elements of the facility that are not part of the school building itself, the entire grounds of the campus, including but not limited to the parking lot, fencing, hardscape, grass areas, athletic fields, and all of their associated elements such as parkway trees, playground equipment, interior sidewalks, etc.
