Specifications include, but are not limited to: Day One (1) of the Conference: Sign in table 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Meeting room, set up as a hollow square, for up to 25 attendees 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Large meeting room to accommodate 250 attendees and speaker 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Day Two (2) of the Conference: Sign in table 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Large meeting room to accommodate up to 250 attendees and speakers 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Four (4) meeting rooms each to accommodate up to forty (40) attendees and speakers 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Day Three (3) of the Conference: Large meeting room to accommodate up to 250 attendees and speakers 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Four (4) meeting rooms each to accommodate up to forty (40) attendees and speakers 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All meeting rooms and the “large rooms” as specified in Sections 1.2.1, 1.2.2, and 1.2.3 of this Solicitation, shall include, at a minimum: Podium with wireless microphone Audio/visual equipment and services including, but not limited to, microphone set-up, technical assistance, sound speakers, providing screens for presentations Laptop for use by speakers Projector for use by speakers Internet, including WIFI and LAN connections.
