Specifications include, but are not limited to: urrently, CPS has process assets and a human resource management system (Oracle Peoplesoft) that has aided in the establishment of a good performance management program; however, system improvements are needed with the following: ● Improved user interface and user experience ● Expanded browser and mobile device support (e.g. Tablets, Smart Phones) ● Enhanced reporting capabilities which include dynamic reporting and improved, more flexible report creation ● Expanded data formats to include HTML5 and conversion of HTML to a human readable format (within intake form) ● Allow document uploading for the following document types (Word, Excel, Cloud Integrations, PDF, Audio, Video, JPEG, and Other image types) ● Tailored views depending on roles ● Better change and event management, and quality control ● Longer retention of data ● Better security A. APPLICATION FUNCTIONAL SCOPE The system should have the following general features in no particular order: - Easily allow form creation in a configurable manner and not by customizations - Allow for orchestration of workflows, using a form or multiple forms, or any system record - Ability to enable auto filling of form data for a select evaluatee or an evaluator, based on select ID, or unique field (s) - Comprehensive audit trail for both administrative and end user activities - Have archiving capability for year to year data that is easily accessible by end users - Dynamic report creation with multi-select functions - Allow for reporting on archived data - Scheduled report delivery - Tool should have an auto save setting for evaluation sessions - Tool should have an auto logout mechanism for both end user and admin without losing data - Allow for select users to have read only view of an active or inactive evaluation - System email notifications within workflow, and other system events - CPS branding of end user design - Allow for multiple evaluators, or replacement evaluator for an open evaluation session - Allow for scheduling an evaluation for all CPS staff - External calendar integration (google, outlook) - Access for all CPS employees - Administrative access - Allow segmentation / segregation of access for CPS Networks, Principles, and District Wide Access - Allow for printing of evaluations, or report in a legible format, approved by CPS
